We allow a huge amount of waste in our skips, but with some exceptions. Some waste is just not fit for disposal if chucked into the skip with other waste. We describe below what we can and cannot take.

• Grass (and soil)
• Materials For Boilers and Heating
• Glass (unbroken only)
• Ceramic(s)
• Outdoor waste
• Builders Waste (construction and demolition)
• Kitchen Rubbish
• Domestic Waste
• Mattresses / Beds
• Metal Scrap
• Paint Tins (empty, no lids)
• Paper products
• Plastic
• Soft furnishings (towels ect)
• Trees
• Salt
• Office waste
• Debris (roofing)
• Rubble
• Fixtures (windows / doors)
• Tarmacadam
• Packaging waste
• Concrete

Not Allowed

• Asbestos fibres
• All Dangerous Waste (e.g hazardous, corrosive, toxic)
• Medical Waste
• Food refuse
• Waste (from animals / people)
• Sharp Objects (e.g needles)
• WEEE
• Explosive Matter
• Batteries (disposable / reusable)
• Irritants (for skin)
